To some, she’s Nicole.
To her roots, she’ll always be Nikki from Long Island. But to most who walk through the doors of Bar32, she’s simply Mama Chocolate. The name stuck years ago when a customer couldn’t remember her real name but couldn’t forget the warmth she brought to every interaction. And it couldn't fit better, because Nicole has always been a mom to all.

From being the dance mom with extra bobby pins and snacks for Katie and Sarah’s team, to the class mom showing up with full Super Bowl cakes, to the woman who proudly walks for breast cancer awareness and goes over the top with Christmas decorations... Nicole has always poured love into the little things that make life feel special.

That same love now lives at Bar32. As Mama Chocolate, she transforms ethically sourced cacao into bean-to-bar creations, pairs them with inventive cocktails and desserts, and makes Bar32 more than just a place to visit: she makes it feel like home.
It wasn’t until Bar32 came to life that Mama Chocolate truly stepped into the spotlight. What began as a passion for making life sweeter grew into something much bigger: a space where her love for people, family, and chocolate all blend together. Mama Chocolate has a gift for making everyone feel at home: whether she’s sliding over a dessert, sharing a laugh, or remembering your favorite drink. It’s more than a nickname. It’s who she is.

Her famous Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies carry that same spirit. Inspired by her mother’s baking, they’re rich, packed with chocolate chips, and finished with just a touch of sea salt. It's the kind of cookie that can turn an ordinary day into a sweet memory. Like Nicole herself, they’re equal parts comfort and joy, leaving behind a warmth that lingers long after the last bite.
